Dynamic Enterprise Solutions was founded in 2005. Headquartered in the Greater Philadelphia area, with offices in New York and a global client base.

The company consists of highly skilled individuals comprising a strong history of ERP implementations. With over 20 years’ experience with the Microsoft product family. Certified in Dynamics GP, Dynamics D365 Business Central, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Windows among others.

We have extensive experience with Distribution, Contract Administration, Project Accounting, Purchasing and Inventory Management, Financial Modules, and integrations to operational and CRM systems.

Chris founded Dynamic Enterprise Solutions in 2005. With a background in accounting, and expertise in pre-sales / solution architecture for a number of Microsoft partners. Chris ventured out to create a solution provider focused on delivering a personal client experience. Chris continues to drive the company strategy for product and service offering.

Mike Hermann
Mike was the first call Chris made when deciding whether or not to create DES. Mike started his career as a CPA, understanding corporate finance and accounting as an Auditor, before transitioning to a consultative role. Mike brings a strong technical background, with a focus on technical architecture, working directly with organizations to design, develop, and deploy simplified solutions to complex systems.

Tom Lee
Tom joined Dynamic Enterprise Solutions in 2012, contributing in an advisory role, assisting with product selection and architecture of complex, multi-national, multi-currency engagements. Tom currently focuses on business development, ensuring DES offerings continue to support our customers need for strategic planning and reporting solutions. Prior to joining DES, Tom served in numerous senior management positions in both Finance and Operations for Public and Privately held companies.
